With CHECK-miles, it’s easy for your sales reps produce a simple but accurate mileage report because it’s based on the customer visits they have already reported in Salesforce.

At the end of the week, they simply verify the trips for each day of the week, make edits or comments as needed and then they just run a mileage report for the week, attach the report to their expense report and they’re done.

When the daily trips are verified by the rep, in the background, CHECK-miles determines the optimal route and calculates the miles for the trip. The rep still has the flexibility to add visits they may have missed, not include certain visits, or make clarification comments for their manager.
